- Prepare a submission online – Submit via Texas Mutual IQ
- Submit your apps via email requesting a Texas Green Industry (TGI) quote directly to: apps@texasmutual.com – Your underwriter can quote.

Qualifying class codes
Qualifying class codes for the Texas Green Industry group are:
0005, 0035, 0042, 5183, 8017, 8018, and 9014.

Qualifying accounts have:
- Written premium of $25,000 or less
- Acceptable loss history (as applicable)
- Continuous workers’ compensation coverage for the past two years (except for new-in-business or nonsubscribers)
- All-Texas payroll and operation(s)
